The 5k Strides for Education Walk/Run was a success this year! I was honored to participate with the Hillsborough Education Foundation alongside the Take Stock in Children team! We took strides with at-risk scholars in efforts to raise funds for scholarships. We raised over a million dollars the last two years and did very well this year! Yay Take Stock in Children!The best is yet to come for Take Stock. Check out my Indispeaknteach twitter page to see some pics!!!
Now, I am helping learners earn more scholarships via takestockinchildren.org and educationfoundation.org. Gotta pay it forward!
