Wow!!!Today marks the 15th year since I was kicked out of the house and forced to face the streets as a teen. It used to be a bittersweet memory, but now I celebrate the joys of overcoming poverty!Furthermore, I celebrate today because SRQ Magazine has featured my story in their Dec. 2016 edition for my success and the impact of the Sarasota Community, Bill Gates, YMCA, and other leaders who believed in me and supported me along the way! I’m grateful to God that I can look back now as an author, motivational speaker, administrator, and doctorate student, and trace years of success! Celebrate with me and let’s continue to pay it forward together!
