We had a great time at the 2021 Holiday Expo at the Westshore Mall in Tampa, Fl! I loved connecting with leaders from all over the Tampa Bay area as we shared stories and networked.

I felt a sense of fulfillment as I knew I had motivated others by sharing my story of overcoming homelessness. I loved speaking about how I am currenlty paying it forward to help increase student achievement and equity as a national educational consultant and co author in the areas of math and educational leadership.

I also enjoyed fueling hope in the amazing people who visited my booth by reminding them that they can overcome anything.
