Reflection  - Keynote International Speaker and Mentor - The International Glamour Project

When I was approached by Dr. Akshata concerning her vision to birth greatness in these beautiful queens in India, I was absolutely excited and I knew this would be an opportunity I could never forget.

Working with each lady was such an honor. There was such respect and a true hunger from each queen to learn and evolve into a better person.

As I spoke on various topics ranging from speaking confidently, top fundraising tips and more, I knew that the nuggets of wisdom and moments of my life story that was shared would last for a lifetime.

Further, as an expert in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, I got a thrill out of working with women from India and celebrating their culture. I learned what "Namaste" meant, as well as some other wonderful manners of the country India.

I felt such warmth and respect throughout several months of the process. As I watched my Facebook timeline flood with the winners in each sub category, smiles would always enter my face as I recalled each lady and their unique stories. Hats off to each queen that was crowned, because I know it was hard work that could not be undermined.
